At Awesomekids, we assure you that all our quality products are carefully checked by hand prior to being sent and all care taken. We understand that faults do occur and we will happily exchange items that are genuinely proven in our opinion to be defective. Refunds for defective items will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
For defective items you can either fill up the "contact us form" or email email@example.com providing details of your defective item outlining faults and we will be in touch with you within 48 hours to discuss the problem and send you an address for return. If this item is already sold out or out of stock, we will offer you alternatives of the same value for exchange or if the item you want is of a higher value, a top up of the difference is required. For such an exchange, we will absorb our shipping charges and have the new item sent out to you once we receive the original defective item. Exchange has to be done within 7 days of receipt of the item in it's original packaging/condition and tags intact, unwashed and unworn.
If the sizes you ordered do not fit your child, we will be most happy to offer you an exchange in a fuss free manner if the sizes of the clothing (regular priced items only) subject to the availability of the new item in the requested size. However to be fair to us, all shipping costs will be borne by you. If the item is no longer available in the size that you want, we will offer you an exchange for another product of the same value or you can choose to get another item of a higher value if you top up the price difference. However it is recommended that you read up on the sizing information provided on each brand to avoid the extra hassle you have to go through in returning the goods to us. All exchanges have to be done within 7 days of receipt of your order with proof of purchase and goods in original packaging/condition and tags intact, unwashed and unworn. Unfortunately we will not be able to give you a refund if you have ordered the wrong sized item. Do also note that sale items are not exchangeable and exchange cannot be done due to a change of mind.
Please note that color of our products may differ slightly due to different screen settings of individual computers. We make all efforts to ensure that we deliver the clothes and patterns that we are displaying on our website, inspecting all items on delivery from supplier, then checking again when packing your order. If you feel that what we shipped was not what you expected, please let us know so we can resolve the situation.
